2. Contact form data
We process your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name, subject, message and acknowledgement that you have read this Privacy Policy.
The purposes are to receive and answer your inquiry, prepare a possible cooperation and maintain the necessary communication. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or, for general inquiries, our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and conducting business communications.
3. Retention
Inquiries and related correspondence are retained for no more than 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless longer retention is necessary for legal claims or required by law. Data that are no longer needed are deleted.
4. Hosting, email and server logs
The hosting provider is Easyname GmbH, Fernkorngasse 10/3/501, 1100 Vienna, Austria. Easyname acts as a processor when providing hosting and email infrastructure.
Server logs may contain IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser and device information, referrer and error information. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in website security and stable operation and continues only as long as necessary for that technical purpose.
5. Fonts and external content
Poppins font files are loaded through Google Fonts. During loading, the visitor’s IP address, browser data and technical details of the requested resource may be sent to the provider. The purpose is consistent and fast presentation; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a professional website.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form currently contains only an inactive Cloudflare Turnstile placeholder. Without configured keys, no Cloudflare script is loaded, no challenge is run and no data are transferred to Cloudflare. This notice must be reviewed before activation.
7. Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorised staff and processors required for operation. Personal data are not sold. Transfers outside the EEA take place only where an appropriate legal basis and safeguards are in place.
8. Your rights
You may request information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to office@proexnetone.com. We respond without undue delay and generally within one month.
9. Complaints
